One of my earliest memories is dancing and singing in my parents’ living room—wooden floors under my feet, tiny knitted shoes my mother made, and a 1974 hi-fi spinning vinyl. Music was there from the beginning. It stayed.
The memories that stuck all have one thing in common: sound.
I started writing early, but stopped in my twenties. Anxiety had a grip on me for a long time, especially anything involving a stage. That part never really left. So I built something else instead.
This.
Songs usually begin with something that happened. I write, reshape, rewrite, adjust, repeat. Nothing ever feels completely finished—so I let the songs go when they’re ready to breathe on their own.
What you hear isn’t the beginning of the story. It’s the version that made it through.
The darker edges get processed, turned, lifted. By the time it reaches you, it’s something you can carry differently—something that moves.
That’s the point.
